Arbetsbeskrivning

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Scania’s purpose is to drive the shift towards a sustainable transport system, by developing safe, smart and energy-efficient transport solutions that are better for people and the planet.

It is a bold and exciting journey with no finite end. Our innovative spirit and determination are what keep us going until we reach the science-based targets that Scania, as one of the pioneers of the industry, has proudly committed to.

Our growing team provides the test platform that will make a difference for vehicles of tomorrow. We are responsible for developing and maintaining HIL–rig systems (Hardware In the Loop). Together we develop and build state of the art HIL-rigs, that supports a large number of truck and bus configurations. If you have experience and want to take a step to the next level you will be able to do so here. Committed and curious minds with a preference for a technical career can grow together with us at the team and within Scania to an expert level. Do you want to join us?

• contribute to improve our processes and eliminate waste

We work with embedded systems for the complete vehicle which gives you possibilities to gain knowledge about all systems and new technologies - like electric and autonomous vehicles - as well as a broad network within Scania. You will also work in an agile framework where your personal skills makes a difference.

To us openness, mutual trust and to have some fun together at work are important cornerstones to create a great work environment.

Your profile

As a person you love being challenged by new situations. Your excellent problem-solving skills and your capacity for critical thinking will be your best tools and advantages in this position. You will enjoy being part of a team that shares experiences and challenge but also achieve the common goal as a team.
