Join a fast-growing Market Access consultancy firm with focus on the Nordic region!
We are looking for a senior expert in health economics, modelling, market access, HTA submissions and strategy. The ideal candidate has experience in developing materials supporting clients to obtain market access for their brands (e.g. models and local model adaptations, health technology assessment dossiers, creation of value stories, landscape assessments, value/HTA dossiers etc.). Additionally we would like our candidate to have the ability and genuine interest to guide and coach junior colleagues.
Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the team we expect you to contribute and take the lead using your experience and expertise in the following areas:
· Modelling and model adaptations
· HTA dossiers (clinical/medical/economic)
· Market access landscape analyses
· Market access analyses of analogue products
· RWE/ register projects
· Leading and planning of projects, communication with clients, guiding more junior colleagues
In the role you are also expected to have high level of client focus building relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. You are expected to take leadership in ensuring revenue targets are met and ensuring efficiency in projects as well as quality of deliverables and timelines.

Are we a good match?
· Required experience and skills
Postgraduate degree in a relevant field such as e.g. Health Economics, Economics, Stats, Maths or an MSc in science
≥5 years’ work experience at a pharmaceutical company, consultancy, or government agency, working with HTA submissions, market access and health-economic modelling
Excellent command of the English language - written and verbal communication including presentations, chairing meetings, workshop facilitation, business and report writing
Proven ability to build client relationships, identify needs, and successfully propose solutions to clients.
Track record of high-quality, on-time, fit-for-purpose project delivery
Excellent project and time management skills including the ability to effectively prioritize across multiple projects
Ability to drive Business Development independently
Extensive experience leading, managing, and developing people
Broad understanding of pharmaceutical industry, key issues and current developments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
Desirable experience or skills
Fluency in one of the Nordic languages
Programming skills
