About the role
We are expanding and looking for a new colleague to join our team in Malmö, who will be responsible for growth and development of our modernization portfolio. The person will be part of a team of highly skilled and talented colleagues for support and together build up strategies and sales plans for modernization growth. In addition, the person will be joining at an exciting time where the company enters a new era with many opportunities for professional development.
Your profile
High-skilled technician or sales from the elevator business.
Ambition and willingness to grow within the organization with a strong focus on business and inter-personal skills.
Energetic, enthusiastic behavior and mindset to strongly drive, identify and materialize the business opportunities.
Open-minded, proactive and persuasive sales driven with an excellent customer approach.
High readiness for action, resilience, motivation and flexibility as well as dynamic and self-motivating character.
Strong ability and drive to innovate and create results both independently and together in teams.
Experience in Excel and PowerPoint.
Very good knowledge in English and Swedish (spoken and written).
Experience from similar sales roles with a strong track record is an advantage.



Your responsibilities
As MOD Sales, you are responsible for growing and developing the modernization portfolio in Southern Sweden, primarily the Malmö area.
The sales role includes go-to-market approaches, set strategies and sales plans for profitable targets to actionable key account plans.
You develop and maintain customer relationships with both new and existing customers by identifying their needs.
You are responsible for ensuring a high performing sales portfolio and take necessary and proactive actions to ensure successful outcomes.
You will ensure systematic ways of working and continuous improvements to maintain high levels of operational efficiency, profitability and best-in-class customer satisfaction.
You support the modernization organization with detailed and continuous performance analytics and market intelligence.
You will be located in Malmö and report to the Site Manager Malmö.
Travelling must be considered as part of the role.
