Alstom Transport AB Arbetsuppgifter On behalf of our client Alstom Transport we are now looking for someone to fill a temp position. The assignment lasts 12 months and you'll be a key player in Alstoms team in Solna. Reporting to the Team Leader you will be a team member responsible for servicing, maintaining, repairing & modifying electric double deck trains. Within the team you will ensure that rolling stock is maintained in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner whilst constantly seeking to improve quality. Key responsibilities include: - carry out work such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing or vehicle building as allocated by the Team Leader or depot manager within set time-scales and to the recognised standards. - ensure that safety procedures and documents are adhered to - ensure that work sheets are signed off promptly and correctly on completion of work - participate in meetings in order that problems are resolved quickly and effectively, continually improving all aspects of the job - play an active role in your appraisal, training and development - ensure that appropriate quality procedures and work instructions are adhered to - attend technical, quality, safety and general briefings ensuring action taken on items raised - carry out any duties within your level of competence as requested by the Team Leader, or depot manager. Utbildning/erfarenhet Experience, Skills & Qualifications required include: - good technical knowledge covering electrical, mechanical, plumbing and vehicle building skills - competent in the use of schematic drawings and mounting drawings and the ability to work to written technical instructions - basic IT skills. The ideal candidate has worked for a couple of years with wheelcarried vehicles in a similar position such as service technician or similar.
