As the Monetization Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing and executing monetization strategies that resonate with players and enhance their overall gaming experience. You will be responsible for managing in-game stores, devising effective pricing strategies, and planning compelling store items for both existing live service games and upcoming titles.

Key Responsibilities:

- In-Game Store Management: Take charge of the in-game store experience, curating a diverse range of virtual items, bundles, and other offerings that align with player preferences and gameplay dynamics.

- Monetization Planning (Live Service Games): Develop comprehensive monetization plans for live service games, determining the optimal pricing, discounting strategies, and seasonal promotions to maximize player engagement and revenue generation.

- Monetization Strategy (Upcoming Games): Collaborate closely with game development teams to design monetization strategies for upcoming titles. This includes defining in-game store contents, pricing models, and SKU configurations that balance player value with revenue goals.

- Player-Centric Approach: Keep the player experience at the forefront of all monetization decisions, ensuring that players feel valued and engaged, without compromising on the game's integrity.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Game Design, or related field (Master's preferred).

- Proven experience in a monetization-focused role within the video game industry.

- Strong understanding of gaming trends, player behavior, and market dynamics.

- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decisions.

- Creative mindset to develop innovative monetization strategies that captivate players.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.

- Passion for gaming and a deep appreciation for player perspectives.
