Job Description


Product Enricher is an administrative role that plays an important part in the E-commerce and the mission to maximize the sales. The main work task of the product enricher is to ensure that the products we sell Online are enriched with commercial and legal information at the right time. We work closely with other commercial functions within Design & Buying, Brand & Marketing and other parts of the organization. You will also be able to work to find improvements, more efficient processes and find new collaborations in the organization.
Main responsibilities:
Enrich our products with commercial and legal information to be able to have them sellable Online globally
Secure that products are placed in the right category in the systems
Initiate cross functional collaboration & improvements with Design & Buying to secure information flow for products
Problem solving trying to find root cause issues affecting product information flow in the systems
Collaborate with ecommerce copy writers to secure the enrichment and copy on site





Qualifications

You have a structured way of working, enjoy administrative tasks, and have a solutions-focused mindset. You love securing output within given deadlines and to work in a dynamic work environment.
We also believe that you have:
Previous experience from administrative work tasks
System skills and experience working in Microsoft Office
Interest for fashion and clothing, familiar with common attributes of clothes; ex different sleeve styles, collar styles, neckline styles & clothing styles
Comfortable taking big ownership of the processes in your role
Ambitious with a flexible attitude
Have a strong eye for details
Curious mindset and wanting to learn
Experience from inRIver PIM or similar product information management systems and e-commerce is an advantage (but not a requirement), and curious to learn more about these systems
