The role
The Mood Manager role is key for our working environment. We look for a person with a lot of heart, creativity and exceptional service mindset. Someone that understands the importance of a nice workplace. The job will cover a large variety of areas so attitude, ability and willingness to take on all kinds of tasks will be crucial to succeed in this position.
The role includes the following responsibilities:
Creating and coordinating group activities, in-office benefits, events, meetings, and games.
Ensure a welcoming and purposeful office and working environment by being the first point of contact for any office related tasks including property management, meeting rooms, workplaces, IT equipment, cleaning, deliveries, signage and more.
Communication on internal communication channels.
Manage training and coordination of security procedures at offices in Gothenburg.
Follow-up on budget and costs for offices and mood managing activities.
Who are you
In order to succeed and have fun in this role, we see that you are creative and have a “can do” attitude with ability to think outside the box whenever challenges arise. To be service minded is a part of your DNA and you have a passion for making workplaces operate seamlessly delivering an amazing experience to employees. You have a positive attitude and a willingness to work with all sorts of tasks. . Experience from the Microsoft Office including Teams, word, power-point and preferably also EBD and SAP is a big plus and the ability to solve problems related to IT equipment is an advantage. Other experiences that are beneficial for the role are:
5+ years' experience from office work, preferably as assistant, administrator or project leader.
Post high school education in administration, services communication or similar. University studies are a plus.
Good collaboration and communication skills when interacting with all kinds of people.
Good knowledge in English (both spoken and written).
