Mother's help for central London family with 3 children

We are a small Swedish agency in the UK that deal with stable staff and riders, we find work for capable people ready for paid work, involving horses, stable management, riding and grooms in the UK. Eire and Europe. We also have families looking for Mother's help, childcare and care for the elderly.
All jobs are with free accommodation.

The Employer, Family Helmy Nsouli

We are a family of 5, children are aged 6, 4 and nearly 3. We live in Holland Park, central London. My husband works in finance. We need someone with previous experience, who loves kids, is safe and fun, willing to take initiative, and really integrate into the family.
Main duties are to prepare the kids for school in the morning, with their meals, taking them to school or picking them up from school, bathing them in the evening. Tidy up after the children, their clothes and tidy playroom.
Also take them to activities, play dates or park. We offer a lovely bedroom and bathroom, all meals taken care of plus weekly pay.
If we need more hours we will pay extra.
My son is at nursery from 830am-12pm, and my daughters are at school from 830am-330pm, 5 days a week
We would require occasional weekend work, and she could have time off during the week accordingly
It is important to have someone flexible with their time as things change week to week
We would need someone who is happy to travel with us of course and we would like to ski this Christmas so need someone to be able to join us.
We are a non smoking family.
