The Content Optimization and Studio team - let’s introduce ourselves
The Content Optimization and Studio team is responsible for content activated in paid media channels and across volvocars.com. Our team consists of graphic designers, copywriters, planners, content optimization specialists and website content managers. 
Motion / Graphic Designer - this is what you´ll do
We’re looking for an experienced motion and graphical designer with an extensive background in producing content and ad assets for direct markets, focus is for paid and direct marketing channels. You are a person with experience working during a transformation journey for direct market setup, an opportunity to be part of creating and shaping the future for central distributed content and content and ad assets best practice. 
We’re seeking a person who’s used to work data driven with media strategies, channel mixes and aggressive sales targets with quick turnaround and agile approach to content and ad assets. 
What you’ll do
•    We are looking for someone who has a passion for creating digital first content, having a proven professional experience as a motion / graphic designer for creating the future for creative material for Global marketing and Brand. Focus on direct markets.
•    A true content producer with experience creating, scaling, and editing all types of digital content, used to working with building concepts and creatives for multiple channels and markets especially producing ad assets. 
•    You are a person with experience on how to reach and create conversations in our digital channels. You will, together with the rest of the marketing team and our digital media agency driving projects from data all the way through to asset production for online  distribution.
•    Your responsibilities are creating, optimizing and manage content across our channels, with ensuring to the point, converting assets with a neat, scalable approach in mind for a global online approach. 
•    You are a datadriven motion/graphical designer that base all your contentent and as asset production on best practice learnings per channel and used to working with content visuals supporting overall KPI and content metrics. 
•    Set the work with scalable content with a data driven approach and creative learnings as baseline for continuous optimizations.
•    As we are shaping our journey, you have a unique opportunity to create and impact the future of the automotive industry and wow with ad asset transcreationa and adaptations. 
•    Influence content with inspiring ways of consuming content and drive future content trends. In collaboration with international teams you will also deliver digital assets globally to generate and implement content.
We’re looking for you!
We believe you have a minimum of 5 years ‘proven professional experience working for an agency or in-house production preferably a direct-to-consumer responsibility and used to create content for direct channels. Ideally you have an e-commerce background with passion for both creating and editing all types of digital content. You are used to a performance marketing approach for creative material and treat data as your best friend. 
The person we´re looking for has a proven experienced working with; Retouch and grading in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, InDesign (Adobe Creative Cloud). Google Web design, a plus is 3D rendering. You have an experience working within GMP from your day-to-day job. You are already used to looking at data for guidance and for evaluation of current web ads.
Besides being a star with motion/graphic design we also see extremely strong communication skills together with interpersonal skills in order to successfully interact with our cross functional team. Your collaboration savvy and have an entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude. You are a prestigeless person that loves teamwork, you like the philosophy where you stand strong as a team and together win as a team. 
You are fluent in English and additional languages are a bonus.
