MPM Process Engineer
The combination of people with expertise and machines makes Manufacturing Process Development (MPD) the global enabler for knowledge and technology step up. Crucial for us is safety in operations, creating value for manufacturing operations. You will embark on this journey together with five colleagues joining from different locations. The six of you will initially be part of the Future Factory team tasked to transform and equip the SKF Group Manufacturing footprint with digital solutions, skills, and knowledge to strengthen World Class Manufacturing for competitive advantage. As your skills grow, you will move out into a cluster to work even closer to the operations. The mission is to digitalize 90 factories globally. Today they are mostly non-standard and highly manual... Are you up for the challenge?
Your day-to-day work
You will drive and support the transformation and standardization of Manufacturing processes by implementing the MPM solution in the factories. This means, among other things, to establish and document SKF process standard of manufacturing and to implement the Siemens TeamCenter/MPM solution according to these standards. You will be providing factories with key user support as well as hands on work such as using Teamcenter Rulestream to automate design, build logic for recipes and programs for the machines and configure BOE, BOP and MBOM and set rules for product configurator, create and modify Inter operational drawings, building structures and creating object in MRL (Manufacturing Resources Library). A very important part of your job is the change management. This includes competence activities, training, UAT and hyper-care at go-lives. You will also ensure we continuously improved as you capture and apply best practices and learnings for future implementations.
We expect you to have/be
• A University degree in engineering, computer science, Business Administration or similar
• Experience in working with CAD programs
• Experience in Teamcenter
• Product and manufacturing process design knowledge
• Previous experience in digital transformation projects in an international environment
• Fluent in English, both verbal and in writing
It is advantageous if you have
• Manufacturing process competence
• Programming (VBA) knowledge and experience
• Experience in people change management

Additional information for you
This position is actually six different ones, one in each of the following locations; Airasca (Italy), Puebla (Mexico), Cassino (Italy), Pune or Bangalore (India), Dalian (China) and Gothenburg (Sweden). Frequent travelling will be expected.
