Veritaz is a fast-growing IT-consultant firm. Our company is made up of insanely bright people from over 4 countries, and we are located in Sweden, UK, US and Pakistan. The voyage has been incredible this far, but it is only the beginning.
We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a MS Acess Competence with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
The assignment necessitates proficiency in Access and Excel. The assignment involves programming functionality in Access, and the following tasks must be completed:
Improve and streamline the existing database solution,
Improve the user interface by adding input control and search functions.
Loading files in various formats containing new database entries. Text and Excel files are two examples of formats.
Calculations must be performed when updating and loading records, such as calculating a priority order.
When the case is finished, create a function to move the records to the archive table.
Create customised statistics and reports based on database data.
As an alternative database manager, connect to the SQL server.
The assignment will entail passing on skills to the company's employees.
The work must also be coordinated with the client at agreed times.
Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
Have worked with Access on at least three assignments in the last three years,
Have prior experience developing user interfaces in Access.
Have prior experience creating reports based on data stored in an Access database.
Have prior experience updating and reading records to perform calculations / summaries from various properties / columns and summarising these.
As a database manager, you should have experience connecting user interfaces in Access to SQL servers.
As proof that the above requirements have been met, the supplier must include this information in the consultant profile / CV in Swedish.
Moreover, the consultant must have the following:
The consultant should have prior experience working in the public sector in Sweden.
If the above should-requirements are met, they are worth one point.
The consultant should be familiar with converting Excel tables to Access databases.
The consultant should have prior experience producing statistics for the annual report using Access.
The consultant should have worked with Access on at least three projects in the last three years.
If the above should-requirements are met, they are worth two points each.
