About the role:

Being a Customer Service Administrator at Sibelco means helping to guarantee that our customers are provided with outstanding Customer Service by ensuring the CS data systems is continuously and accurately updated and maintained and by executing any necessary administrative tasks to support the customer journey.
To be successful in this role you will need to be fluent in both written and spoken English, Swedish and Finnish and you will need to be organized and attentive to detail.
This could be a great opportunity for a recent graduate looking for their first permanent position in customer services.
Responsibilities:
Your domain of responsibility concerns data management, pricing and invoicing administration and rebates.
Data management (In CRM and local ERP) :
You will ensure the quality of the information, troubleshoots master data issues and resolves discrepancies and Suggest/Execute data cleansing initiatives.
Invoicing Administration:
Carry out all invoicing related activities for the (domestic/export) customers, e.g. debit notes, credit notes, corrective invoicing and advanced invoicing in line with the Credit Policy.
Mail invoices that cannot be sent electronically, set up daily, weekly, monthly invoicing runs, check self-billed invoices, do consignment stock invoicing and enter invoices onto customer portals as required.
Pricing management:
Take care of price setting in ERP system
Administer the annual standard price increases in liaison with the CS Manager
Provide governance over pricing throughout the year by monitoring the existing price master data.
Administer inter-company price lists and facilitate the calculation of transfer prices as required.
Rebates/Commission management
