Multilingual Customer Service Agent in Malmö!

Are you a student and enjoy a service-oriented job? Would you like to be a part of a dynamic company and an international customer service team? Then we have the perfect job for you as a customer service agent in Malmö!

On behalf of our customer, we are looking for a dedicated multilingual speaking Customer Service Agent, to fill a place in their international customer service team. Your main assignment is to ensure that the customers’ expectations are met or exceeded at all times and help improve customer satisfaction. You will communicate with the customers by email, phone, and social media.

The company offers a fast-paced, challenging, and cooperative workplace where every day is different. A versatile and international organization that is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where everyone loves to go to work!

You must be a student or having another main occupation. You should be able to attend during the whole introduction consisting of one week. After that, you need to be available at least 16 hours/week and available for work during the daytime, early evenings, weekends, and holidays. The start for the introduction is the beginning of May.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Czech, Finnish, Dutch or Norweigan.
- Experience in a customer service role
- Solution-driven
