Multilingual Customer Service Agent to RugVista in Malmö!

RugVista is one of Europe’s leading independent online retailers of rugs with a successful track record of profitable growth during the past 10+ years. The headquarters are in Limhamn where about 75 people work in the company's various functions. On behalf of our customer RugVista, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate multilingual speaking Customer Service Agent, to fill a place in their international customer service team.

As a Customer Service Agent at RugVista, your main assignment is ensuring that the customers’ expectations are met or exceeded at all times and help improve customer satisfaction. You will communicate with the customers by email, phone, and social media.

RugVista offers a fast-paced, challenging, and cooperative environment where every day is different. A versatile and international organization that is committed to creating and maintaining a workplace where everyone loves to go to work.

You must be a student or having another main occupation. You should be able to attend during the whole introduction consisting of one week. After that, you need to be available at least 16 hours/week and available for work during the daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Your profile:

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and at least one of the following languages: German, French, Czech, Finnish, Dutch or Norweigan.
- Experience in a customer service role
- Solution-driven
