We are looking for a backfill for a parental leave in our clients CS Consumer Nordics team in Solna. The assignment is for at least 18 months, starting as soon as possible. During the assignment you will be employed by Manpower.

The role of a Nordic Customer Service Representative is to ensure customer orders are delivered on-time and in-full (OTIF) in a cost-efficient manner whilst always seeking ways to improve service. Effectively prioritize the processing of customer orders, claims & returns requests. Maintain daily communication with customers on product availability, order & delivery status. Liaise with customers and Logistics Service Provider (LSP) to ensure optimum ordering conditions are met by both. Work in SAP to monitor and that the interfaces to LSP is in sync. Build strong relationship with trade customer counterparts and work closely with Supply Chain (SC) Supply planning and Deliver distribution colleagues to achieve relevant service level goals.

About you

Needless to say, you are a service oriented person and a natural problem solver. You have previous experience from a similar role and are more than familiar with SAP. English and one scandinavian language is problably what you make use of daily, both in spoken communication and written.
