A background in IT technologies such as SOA, XML Web Services, J2EE and HTTP/SIP servlets is needed, along with experience from one or more of the following areas: .System design, such as SW design, Telco system design or protocol design .Multimedia services, such community communication, mobile TV, IPTV or messaging .Content management, Digital rights management or charging .Standardization.
