TUI Marine covers a portfolio of water based holiday companies, including just under 1,000 yachts in its yachts business under its two leading brands ‘The Moorings’ (www.moorings.com) and ‘Sunsail’ (www.sunsail.com ) as well as operating over 1,000 canal boats in ‘LeBoat’ (www.leboat.com) .

All TUI Marine brands operate in multi-source markets.

Job Description:
You will take overall responsibility for the TUI Marine part of the Stockholm office, developing Distribution, Sales and Marketing for Sweden & for potential further support of growth for the wider Scandinavian market. You will manage and grow the distribution of Sunsail, The Moorings and Le Boat in these markets. Success factor will be growing current and new distribution at the lowest cost possible

Primary Responsibilities

• To identify new distribution opportunities within this market for all products.
• Helping to develop existing & new business through all routes to markets:
• Direct - focusing on customer contacts/ interactions through all available direct touch points
• Brokers/ Travel agents
• Affinity groups on & offline
• Yacht Clubs
• Sourcing and identifying new business opportunities.
• Managing internal and external relationships.
• Growing distribution at the lowest cost possible.
• Monitor competitor activity and intuitively act to ensure we are one step ahead.
• Make best use of parent company resources and distribution opportunities such as; Marco Polo, My Planet International and the wider SHG group


Profile:

• Experienced within Marine or travel a must.
• Proven record of leadership experience to manage and grow business in a new market.
• Bright & creative with the ability to think outside the box collaborating with colleagues to maximize reach in their market
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills internally and externally
• Strategic planning experience.
• Effective negotiator.
• Knowledgeable about our operating market.


 Qualifications

• Experience in distribution & marketing working for a leading brand.
• Excel, Word, Power Point
• Yammer, Facebook, Twitter, Zendesk preferred but not required
• Google Analytics, Tableau or similar tools preferred but not required
• Negotiation skills
• Leadership
