Tjänstebeskrivning:

ISSR is looking for a certified and experienced French teacher to teach in the IB Middle Years Programme (MYP) grades 6-10.

The position is a part-time position (70%). An additional degree in Swedish or Spanish is favorable.

Responsibilities include:

- Plan and document high quality learning experiences for students
- Maintain an engaging and organized learning environment
- Participate and contribute to the planning with the team and MYP coordinator(s)
- Participate in school activities (assemblies, evening events, conferences, etc.)
- Be an advisor for 12-15 students
- Maintain ongoing parent/school communication regarding students’ development
- Continued professional development

Requirements:

- Certified teacher with a degree in French for grades 6-12
- Fluency in written and spoken English

Other qualifications may also include:

- MYP or DP training and/or experience
- Additional qualifications to teach Swedish and/or Spanish
