Your Role


As the National Customer Onboarding Manager for Kuehne+Nagel Sweden, you will Lead the Swedish Customer Onboarding Team when we pursue and onboard our new customers as well as in developing the existing customer base. This national role require travelling to our Warehouse locations in Sweden. Ideal location is either Malmö, Jönköping or Gothenburg. You will be part of the National Contract Logistics Management team and report directly to the National Contract Logistics Director




Your Responsibilities
Manage the Customer Onboarding team
Responsible for setting up, executing and managing customer implementation projects
Responsible for making sure projects are implemented on time, within budget and with the right quality
Be the primary contact for our Customers and Internal Stakeholders during implementations
Actively collaborate with the Onboarding community within Kuehne + Nagel in order to further develop the Swedish organisation, acquire needed resources and share best practices
Actively work together with Business Development to plan for coming projects and secure capacity and knowledge needed



Your Skills And Experiences
3-5 years proven complex project management experience, ideally from logistics. However, manufacturing, service management or software industry experience will also be considered
You have a university degree or comparable educational background in Business administration, Logistics or similar
Project Management Certification – Prince 2 or similar
Demonstrated history of delivering high levels of quality and customer service
Proven problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English and preferably in Swedish as well
