National Customer Solutions Expert

Your Responsibilities
The role consists of a wide variety of tasks spanning from customer onboarding projects, solution development and project management. We want to offer our customers the best solutions, and the customer solutions expert plays a pivotal role in this. We have individual projects and responsibilities but we also work closely together on larger projects and share knowledge and insights with each other.


Your primary tasks:
Lead and coordinate onboarding of customers (EDI, API, Solutions)
Develop and improve our customer oriented solutions
Project management with several internal and external stakeholders, including documentation via Jira
Manging and developing our system tools such as (but not limited to) myKN, BO/BI, KN Login, Tableau, CoreLog



Your Skills and Experiences
You have solid experience with EDI projects/integrations from a similar position in the logistics sector. The position requires a great deal of coordination and cooperation with different stakeholders and you need to be able to drive the implementation processes. You have to coordinate and prioritise a number of different tasks which requires that you are structured, have attention to detail and remain calm and positive under pressure. On top of that, you have an analytical mindset and have a high degree of persistence in order to reach our common goals.
You have an education in forwarding, logistics, information technology or similar and have experience with customer oriented solutions
You have excellent communication and organisational skills at all levels of the organisation
Project management training, eg. Prince 2
You have a general understanding of EDI communication protocols and standards
You are familiar with the Supply Chain Solution Design process
MS Office advanced level, especially Excel
