An extensive change program for new product development is currently running at SMT as a part of SMT Business System. We have an immediate need to strengthen our team with experienced change leaders, navigators, that are interested in working with implementation of the changes within SMT. Key performance areas Responsibilities within the change program include: To plan and run change initiatives, transformations, at SMT globally through: .Future State workshops and audits..Workshops and audits on Lean R&D using a three step model..Coaching a market segment or PU on idea generation and Business Case development..Introduction of our Lean Product Development System processes and tools..Coaching the organization in the change process..Continuous refining of Future State, Project Model and NPD Academy material. Frequent travel is required since the program will be involved in a number of transformations and change initiatives overseas. Your profile We are ideally looking for experienced persons with a Masters degree in Engineering or Business and with good insight in New Product Development gained from hands on experience.Preferrably at least 5-10 years experience from project management, product management, production or relevant management positions ensures that we add valuable experience required to drive the change program in an efficient way.Knowledge and experience about lean product development or lean production is definitely a plus.Willingness and ability to travel for longer periods is required in this position. As a person you are a respected and good communicator and a team player and also a role model for the organization.Self confidence and commitment to deliver and meet deadlines are essential in the change program.Other skills required are good problem solving capacity and strong analytical mind, comfortably handling complex issues.Good computer skills including advanced Excel, Power point and MS project is a definite advantage.
