EVP NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Construction Support
The overall goal of our team is to support the installation, commissioning and subsequently the final handover of our wind farms to our customers. Whenever issues are detected, we are working on solutions to ensure our delivery to the customer isn't impacted. Our focus is to work effectively and efficiently with our colleagues across the business in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of Vestas NCE Non Conformity strategy on the Quality Must-Win-Battle, including coordination and preparation of presentations to NCE Management and Vestas Executives.
Support on the development and maintenance of team ́s KPIs, resource planning, workshops, process improvements, work instructions and other initiatives.
Support the Construction department on non-conformities prioritisation.
Provide trainings related to Non-Conformity Management to the Vestas organisation.
Support the long-term department strategy, working closely with Project teams and Finance to evaluate the department performance from a Cost of Poor Quality perspective.
Support the Management team in new strategic projects in NCE, providing reporting and analysis with high level of complexity.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in similar environment (e. g. management consulting, project management, sales, strategy, quality assurance)
Fluent English is required
Good scientific, modelling and data presentation skills
Knowledge or Understanding of Power BI, SAP or ERP is an asset
Competencies
Advanced IT skills (proficient with Microsoft Office Package)

Primary Location: Malmo, SE.
You will be required to travel around - 20 days
