Among BSH brands, NEFF is the challenger and our most emotional brand, focused on a passion for cooking and with product features that bring joy to the kitchen.
In the NEFF brand team, we are looking for an experienced campaign manager. This is a small team within a large organization of Europe's leading appliance manufacturer. Our task in the NEFF team is to support the entire consumer journey; a special focus is on the initial phase of the buying process: we want to strengthen brand building and engage consumers even before purchase.
In the role of Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for NEFF brand communication for home appliances to consumers in Northern Europe. You will work with paid and owned digital media channels, such as brand websites and social media accounts.

Your responsibilities and tasks

Adapt, optimize, coordinate, and implement communication materials provided by the European headquarters and supplement them with local communication materials created in-house or by creative agencies. Together with the brand manager, set goals and manage a budget for all different activities.
Constantly monitor and follow up with external agencies and internal experts to learn and optimize campaigns in order to spread our brand and messages as efficiently as possible.
Write text, evaluate and adapt material from headquarters, in accordance with NEFF tone.
Coordinate with other stakeholders within BSH; present campaign plans and materials in front of big audiences.
The role also requires some administrative work.
Last but not least, this is a small team and sometimes you need to step in where needed.

Your profile and qualifications
This position requires creativity and great communication skills, but at the same time organization and systematic approach. As a person, you have a strong drive, want to learn and are not afraid to start new projects. You are able to convince people because of your excellent communication skills and are used to speaking in front of large groups. 

Profile:


• University degree, ideally in marketing, business administration, communication, design
• Strong skills in project management
• Knowledge in digital media advertising and understanding of digital campaign tracking and optimization
• Language: Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language, both orally and in writing, with a good sense of tone. Swedish is preferred
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably some knowledge in Adobe Analytics, Facebook Business Manager or Google Campaign Manager

In the role as Nordic Brand Campaign Manager of NEFF, you will be reporting to the Nordic Brand Manager of NEFF Northern Europe and join a Nordic team.
