Scope: Permanent position.

Job description:
This function reports to Stream Supervisor and will be responsible for execution of operational O2C activities Including Billing, Reference Data and Payment Application query resolution. Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of services delivery to the Markets is in accordance with Service Level Agreements as agreed and signed. Support Total Service Quality levels to the Stakeholders, adhering to Experience to Experience standardisation.

Key responsibilities:

• Learn and work on execution of OTC plans and objectives in line with NBS Centre strategy.
• To learn and execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in the stream.
• Generation of manual billing documents when required;
Reference Data - setup and maintenance of all data impacting O2C
• Perform periodic activity relevant review's with Senior Executive/Stream Supervisor (level dependent).

Qualifications:

• Native in Swedish and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Good communication skills.
