This role will be a significant delivery role as team member in development of a light-weight tool for transformation and export of unstructured data. The Consultant will undertake activities on a project basis, either individually or as part of a larger team.

The successful candidates will have the opportunity to deepen their search and consulting experience and develop their career within a market leading search consulting practice.

This position is based in Stockholm, but some travel within Sweden and Europe may be required.

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE:

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following minimum experience & qualifications:

- MSc/BSc in Computer Science, or equivalent competence.
- 2+ years experience of .NET/C# development.
- Experience in Visual Studio.
- Experience of unit and functional testing.
- Experience of Scrum ? Agile methodology.

Preferred qualifications and technical experience:

- Experience with text analytics.
- Linguistic interest and knowledge.
- Interest and knowledge in Enterprise Search.
- Experience of Microsoft technologies like TFS and Azure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Collaborate with internal and partner led teams to develop the best solution.
- Support the technical architecture of the system.
- Provide technical input and business knowledge to ensure efficient design, programming and implementation of the Search platform and related components.
- Take part in the delivery of the platform, the changes and upgrades necessary to meet the business objectives.
- Understand performance issues and approach them systematically.

In addition the successful candidate must be:

- Customer focused with an interest in each customer?s business requirements, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills when working with internal and external teams to achieve successful business outcomes.
