BACKGROUND AND DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a .Net developer, who would love to be part of a large developing team and deliver high business value. You will be part of our agile team in Stockholm and work with one of the most critical systems. Our team consists of about 20 people.
The system is used in the ordering process for product ordering and order follow up, and is part of the business area Buying and Production (BOPO). It is a complex system with many different parts that have been added through time.
The application was rewritten in .Net a couple of years ago and we are constantly developing new functionality as well as refactoring vital parts of the application. The application itself has been in production for 15 years, in different incarnations. Today we are maintaining and developing a modern .Net application. We usually deliver 3-4 major releases per year and they consists of both new functionality and maintenance cases.
You will be developing both back- and front-end functionality. As part of the agile planning and design process, you will be expected to provide realistic estimates and report progress of your work daily, as well as develop Test Driven. To match our team you have to be flexible and highly motivated. You are also expected to be able to question the solution and think outside of the box.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- implementing solutions on the basis of use cases
- increasing unit test coverage of new and legacy code
- modular testing of implemented solutions
- Reviewing and improving team member?s code
- preparing and packaging of new versions for test or production environment
- analyzing production incidents from our users
SPECIFIC COMPETENCE
- C# 4.0

- You should have the ability to work with analyzing production problems, maintenance cases and developing new functionality.
- You have experience of working agile (SCRUM).
- You have experience of working in larger teams.
- You have preferably experience of working on customer site.
- You have experience of working with European or American customers, preferably European.
- You are thorough, but flexible in mind.
- You understand the importance of, and practice, knowledge transfer.
- You have attention to details, but without losing the general picture.
