Network Architect - Stockholm

Work on Network & Security Operations, Service Requests, Incidents, Data Center activities, Changes & Problem cases
Implement software upgrades or patches to Network & Security Components
Critical Incident handling to ensure quick resolution of Major Incidents
Involve in Change Management process and be part of CAB/CDB meetings to ensure all the necessary aspects are in place for a successful change implementation
Determine gaps in process with recommendations where required
Examine data networks and decide how to best connect the networks based on the needs and resources of the organization
Work closely with Offshore team of Network & Security engineers on daily operations or projects
Involve in Critical Changes and at times be part of implementations (outside business hours also) where required to address any challenges during/post completion
Be part of Design discussions with Client and Vendor as part of Life-Cycle-Management, New deployments, Projects, Network Transformation activities
Mentor team in specific technology landscape of expertise
Work on different Network & Security vendor components like Cisco ISE, F5, Firewalls, Wireless, Data Center technologies on daily basis
Support PCI Audit related activities for Bank Network specific area
