Description

The client is looking for an experienced hands-on software defined network (SDN) specialist to, together with a team of solution engineers, build an application centric network as a part of our private cloud initiative.

The foundation for the client's private cloud is formed of software defined data center services. The SDN is an important cornerstone of the initiative. A design phase has already started as well as a build of a lab environment and they are about to accelerate from there.

A suitable candidate would have a solid network technician background, proven by documented track record of completed assignments and earlier tech lead experience.

Mandatory competence and experience:

A must criteria is design and hands-on NSX-T 3.x experince of:

- Routing/switching
- Firewalls
- Load balancing
- Network analytics
- Integration to non-SDN network (North <-> South traffic)
- APIs and automation
- Swedish is used as the main language within the team and fluent Swedish is a must criteria.


Preferred competence and experience:

- SDN extention to Kubernetes / CNI knowledge
- SDN extention to off prem clouds
- SDN extention to brown field


Preferred personal qualities:

Mentoring and social skills are of importance.
