WHAT YOU WILL DO

As Network & Communication lead you will be a part of our Business Technology department and you will report to our VP Infrastructure and Operations. You will be responsible for Oatly’s global network and communication blueprint.

In your role you will:

- Ensure that Oatly’s communication platforms and standards truly are enablers for Oatly employees no matter where or when they are needed
- Proactively and in collaboration with our partners manage Oatly’s network infrastructure
- Together with colleagues in IT-security roles ensure communication flows are setup and configured in compliance with applicable frameworks
- Assist in designing network infrastructure for establishment at new sites


As this is an active global role, the position might require some travelling to different suppliers and manufactures on various locations (when it will be safe to travel again, of course).



WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for someone with a B.S. in computer science, engineering or equivalent and that have 10+ years of experience within IT. As Oatly is experiencing rapid growth, it will be beneficial if you have worked in a high-paced environment, and with global companies.

To be successful in this position, we expect you to have:

- Experience in enterprise networking
- Understanding the security aspect of communications
- Deep knowledge of the Cisco ecosystem
- You are fluent in English and Swedish, verbally and in writing.


It will be a merit if you have:

- Work experience from providers of communication services, for example ISP
- Knowledge in industry 4.0 technology
- Project Management skills
