For our Network Operations team we are now looking for an Network Delivery Coordinator. Are you a passionate and driven person, and enjoy a fast-developing international working environment? As Network Delivery Coordinator, your job is the central hub for Network solution delivery, asset, and stock handling.
You will be an integral part of the "technical Back Office" responsible for supporting the lifecycle of network devices operated by Network Operations, Special & Security Operations, and the sourcing partner. Here are the challenging tasks that await you in this role:
Shaping the Development of the Delivery Coordination Role: Your insights and experiences will help shape the role to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
You will be responsible for handling internal customer requests from the Network domain.
Translating Customer Requirements into Orders, both internal and external. This ensures clear communication and facilitates the efficient delivery of network solutions.
Work collaboratively with an international team to utilize existing internal standards.
Play a key role in scheduling and monitoring network-related order requests end-to-end.
Take ownership of asset management for network devices. This involves maintaining accurate records and documentation in the CMDB, ensuring the quality and integrity of the data.
You will drive the yearly end-of-life network process, and be involved in the associated budget forecasting process for hardware and licenses.
You will serve as the primary technical and functional contact person for customers. Your role will be to ensure successful project outcomes, address any technical concerns or issues, and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
You will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of network solutions, support asset management processes, and ensure customer satisfaction within the Network domain. Your role will enable in advancing Vattenfall's goals and maintaining successful network operations.
Qualifications
Skills and requirements
To be successful as Network Delivery Coordinator, be believe that you have/are:
A proactive work style, taking initiative and demonstrating strong communication skills. You are comfortable mediating between different stakeholders and can effectively communicate information and requirements.
A confident and personable mind-set, enabling you to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders. You are not unfamiliar with taking initiatives and decision-making.
Experience working with ITIL processes, including CMDB, Incident Management (INC), and other relevant processes.
The ability to effectively structure and solve complex issues, by having strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in English and good understanding in Swedish, both written and spoken, is required.
You have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, particularly in the Network domain. Familiarity with network technologies and protocols, such as CISCO, is a plus.
Additionally, the following qualifications would be advantageous but are not mandatory:
Several years of experience as a Delivery Manager and/or in IT Project Management.
An in-depth knowledge of network infrastructure, including CISCO technologies.
Previous experience or knowledge within the energy/utility sector would be a plus.
