Network Design & Planning Engineer, Mobile Data

You will get to focus on:
• Development and implementation of new Mobile solutions and services
• Monitor traffic development and system load
• Plan and execute capacity expansions
• Participate as system expert in product development projects, procurement of new systems/solutions and audits
• Assume system responsibility for one or more of our systems or be in a supporting role
• Test and implementation of new major SW releases
• Continuously work on identifying and implementing improvements
• Function as a technical competence within Mobile Data towards the rest of Tele2s organization
• Support the operational team with advanced trouble shooting if needed

We´ll start getting excited if you have:
• Higher level technical education within Telecom alternatively have gained similar knowledge by working or by other means.
• Experience of implementation or operations of mobile networks.
• Previous knowledge/experience in working with network-related standards such as TCP/IP
• Previous knowledge/experience in working with Linux environments and some knowledge in programming and/or scripting
• Previous knowledge/experience in working with SGSN/MME´s is an advantage
