Network Engineer

Kambi IT Operations supports the infrastructure of the organization and the success of our partners. We ensure a stable environment twenty-four seven, year-round. We are dedicated to agile operations, believe dev-ops and automation are great ways of achieving that, whilst using agile methodologies to support our efforts along the road.

As a part of the network team you will be responsible for Kambi’s network infrastructure on a global scale. There will be plenty of problem solving and room to learn. This is what you will do:

• Build and maintain on-prem infrastructure around the globe
• Work on reliable, scalable and highly available systems
• Plan capacity together with the team and architects
• Support other teams from a network and traffic perspective
• Create and improve the automation that our environment runs on
• Be operationally responsible for our infrastructure, including taking part in on-call rotation

You'd like to work with these technologies:

• Networking (dynamic routing, datacenter switching, site-to-site VPNs, and security)
• Load balancers (nginx)
• System monitoring and alerting
• Network infrastructure on a global scale
• Automation engines (Puppet, Ansible)

You feel that this is a good description of you:

• A background in Networking
• Previously worked with infrastructure automation
• Familiarity with transaction heavy systems
• Experience with load balancing, routing, firewalls, VPNs
• Enjoy working in a team with talented people
