Working as a Network Engineer within Mobile Data, your responsibilities include:
Action on alarms escalated from NOC
Acting on various problems and requests from the rest of the organization
System maintenance and proactive operations
Monitoring quality related statistics, logs etc.
Incident and Problem management
Test- and implementation of new minor SW releases.
Vendor trouble reports, Vendor management (SRM)
Standard implementations responsibility
Support the rest of the organization in investigation and fixing of e.g. revenue leakages and frauds
Redundancy- and restore testing
System Administrators
Documentation, training TCS and NOC
Monitor traffic development and system load
Continuously work on identifying and implementing improvements
On Call Duty
Requirements
To succeed in this role, we believe you have some of the following requirements:
Technical education within Data- or Data communications alternatively having gained similar knowledge by working within this field or by other means.
Very knowledgeable within TCP/IP & IP routing
Used to working in Unix/Linux environments and have some knowledge in programming and/or scripting.
Ability to take responsibility and dare to take decisions.
Ability to take initiatives - being self-going comes naturally to you.
Flexibility, openness and lots of energy. Capable of working in pressuring situations.
Experience of implementation or operations of large data- or mobile networks is a merit

The position is located in our headquarters in Kista, Stockholm. We are currently working the majority of time from our office but also offer the flexibility to work remote on a regular basis.
