Network Engineer to client in Linköping

Job description
We are looking for a network engineer to a well known telecommunication client in Linköping. As a network engineer you will be responsible to operate and secure a stable common infrastructure and optimize solutions and services. 

You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment as well as  work in the global operations team with incidents, implementations, changes, continuous improvements and delivery. The main focus will be to deliver service deliverables and provide global support within the network scope and be part of evolvement of the service solutions for delivery of the service. 



Responsibilities
Ensure security and network operations service solutions are consistent and follows high security standard.
Perform incident/alert troubleshooting, problem analysis, and provide high quality solutions to technical issues and service request
Contribute to the creation of cost effective solutions through activities in design, planning and deployment


Qualifications
Good IP network knowledge in new and existing IP network such as Swtichers, Router and Firewalls
Good knowledge of information systems security
Basic knowledge of UNIX O/S (Solaris, Linux) and scripting (shell or Perl or Python)
Excellent written and oral communication skills.


Experience
Higher education in computer science, engineering or another related field
