Network Operation Specialist

Our client in Stockholm is currently seeking a highly competent Network Operation Specialist to oversee the connectivity operations of their WAN/LAN infrastructure. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for handling tickets in the Service portal for Network services and ensuring that all network operations are running smoothly.

As a Network Operation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the routing/switching and Wi-Fi infrastructure, while delivering excellent results through advanced troubleshooting techniques. Additionally, you will be required to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact with other team members and clients. You will also lead and act as a mentor to other team members, as well as handle complex projects with ease.

Qualifications
We are looking for you who have/are:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the classified area
- Expert knowledge in routing/switching and Wi-Fi infrastructure
- Certification in CCNP
- Previous experience as a mentor or manager in the field or as an expert in complex solutions.
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written
