YOU WILL
We have big plans for the future and Stena Group IT play a vital part in driving digital transformation within our different business areas – from ferry operations, shipping and offshore drilling, to property, finance and new businesses. We need you to help us succeed in combining business with technology to stay ahead and to future-proof our network. The network needs to be secure and ready for the digital transformation the company is driving. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of the roadmap for the Network Product and work in close relations with other product owners at Stena Group IT. To your aid in delivering day-to-day networking services you will have a team full of passionate network experts with high ambitions.
Accountabilities:
- The end-to-end lifecycle of the product.
- Managing the Product Roadmap to ensure maximum value is derived by the Product.
- Act as single point of contact for Product governance.
- Develop your team and our deliveries within the network area throughout the company.
At the office in Danmarksterminalen you will meet, collaborate and have fun with your colleagues but working remote is also a natural part of the Stena way of working.

YOU ARE
At Stena Group IT your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone with sufficient skills to develop a product and lead a team of committed colleagues. You have an ability to both build and nurture relationships across the business and provide strategic support in your area of expertise.
In other words:
- You are experienced and ready to take the lead of a team of experts and contribute with strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset.
- You have experience in managing and developing an enterprise network.
- You are familiar with working in an international context and managing stakeholders on both executive and operational levels.
- You are fluent in English and Swedish verbal and written.
