The Network Program Director is responsible for the Network contract fulfillment and profitability, ensuring that all products and/or services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements for the customer. He or she acts as Ericsson’s counterpart of the Customer’s C-level to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the escalation point for all service delivery activities towards the customer (internally and externally).
Furthermore, the Network Program Director is prime responsible for scope management including but not limited to; planning, delivery and customer acceptance, as well as identifying and driving business lead generation opportunities through add on sales.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for defining the Network contract execution strategy and associated risk exposure for a specific opportunity
Manages contract changes and/or amendments during the entire contract lifecycle concerning the specific opportunity
Identifies and drive potential Sales opportunities / add-on sales for the Network contract related to the specific opportunity
Responsible for the Program execution strategy and associated risk exposure
Responsible for driving and running program governance during delivery phase of the Program
Identifies and drives potential Sales opportunities / add-on sales for the Program
Manage dependencies to other ongoing activities / programs
Periodically assess Customer Satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and drive actions to improve
Develop and manage customer relations to improve customer confidence
Analyze program business drivers and impact
Execute Program and secure adherence to business drivers
Key Qualifications:
University degree with profound experience in a similar role
PGMP or MSP certified, would be an advantage.
Multi-year international experience in Telecom, Networks and Business Management in highly complex programs is required
Experience working with SAP, Global Chronos, XLPM and Salesforce.
