At Orange Cyberdefense you will be working together with specialized colleagues withing the IT and Cybersecurity area to create a safer digitalization. As a co-worker in a European market leading company within cybersecurity you will get the chance to make a real difference by troubleshooting, analyzing and mitigating security incidents for some of the biggest companies in Sweden.
What you’ll do:
- As a Network and Security engineer you will work in the SOC with:
- Lead technical dialogues with customers around challenges in their IT-Security environments
- Monitor customer environments
- Handle incidents
- Perform changes within customer devices and environments
- Work actively with Problem Management
- Work with operational activities and proactive improvements
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Together with you colleagues be responsible for support and operate of our customers network and security
- Work with Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
- Provide product/vendor specific support
- Troubleshooting and monitoring of network devices and software
During your first six months you will follow a solid introduction program to educate and certify you in our vendor products like Palo Alto Networks, Check Point, Cylance, Juniper and some more to get the best possible foundation to perform in this position.

The workplace and your colleagues
Your office is located on Stenbärsgatan 6 in Malmö where you enter fully renovated facilities with a game room, pool table, gym and more. We are about 200 employees in the region and you will be a part of Security operations Center which are 25 employees. The team is working closely to Service Delivery Managers and our CyberSOC but foremost our customers.
Who are you?

- You have an analytic ability, like to solve problems and challenges. We believe that you are a team player that appreciates working as team.
- You have a post-secondary education (Sw. eftergymnasial) within IT, preferably within Network, Information security or IT-Forensics.
- You have good knowledge in network routing and switching, firewalls and Linux. It is significant if you have worked operationally with IT security. We would like you to have knowledge in scripting or programming. It is also an advantage if you have knowledge of ITIL
- Most important is that you are interested in cybersecurity, want to develop your skills within this area and grow with us.
