NETWORK & SERVER ADMINISTRATOR

Job description:
Objectives
The Network & Server Administrator is responsible for the administration and day-to-day operations of the Local Area Network, Active Directory and Wintel server platforms at the Datacenter in Huskvarna.
Key operational responsibilities
Maintain LAN, AD and server platforms
Maintain AntiVirus and Patch Management systems
Follow up and report incidents
Maintain system documentation
Maintain Backup and Disaster Recovery routines
Location
Huskvarna, Sweden.

Reporting to
Datacenter Services Manager.
Competencies needed
Experience from large scale IT operations.

Good understanding of change management routines.

Documented skills within the following areas is a must
- MS Windows Server 2003 administration
- MS Active Directory and DNS administration
- Local Area Networking (Level 2 & 3 network equipment)

Skills within the following areas is a merit
- MS SQL administration
- Citrix server administration
- WMWare server administration
