The vacant position is as Service Delivery Manager (SDM) within the IT network and security area, which besides IT tasks focuses on maintaining good relationships with business management/users and drives continuous improvement of internal customer satisfaction by ensuring IT services quality and accuracy. The SDM has both technical and administrative tasks. The SDM helps to resolve technical problems, manage performance, lead projects and control the quality of IT service delivery.

The role requires a high level of interaction with other team members and management, external suppliers and sometimes external customers.

Eltel is on a journey, where global structures and IT policies are made in Group IT, from where we also control Application Services, deliver Infra & End User Services and steer IT Projects. The Service Delivery Manager will be at the Infrastructure Services. You will be located at Eltels office in Jönköping.

Responsibilities
You will be a part of Eltel Group IT, in a global infrastructure IT team whose goal is to serve Eltel business in all countries in the best way. The responsibilities will be within IT service delivery, incident/request solving and delivering actionable deliverables in the form of implementing and ensuring IT technology and network roadmaps. You will support IT strategic objectives and assist in articulating full alignment to the business. You will be responsible for technology infrastructure design and development of IT-architecture and associated roadmaps for all elements of the network area at Eltel IT, ensuring consistency for specified requirements for internal business customers.

Some of the tasks included in this position: 
Responsible for getting IT services delivered 
Troubleshooting and solve network issues & problems
Troubleshooting larger incidents and problems with vendors
Collaborate with others within the team to obtain and procure optimal network services and configurations from outsourcing partner(s) and vendors
Work with the infrastructure team to identify and document required service levels. Work to meet service level agreements with infrastructure suppliers and business
Prepare and ensure accuracy of documentation, and procedures manuals within the network area
Project management
Remotely perform analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems and recommend corrective solutions
Recommend, schedule and order network/infrastructure improvements and upgrades
Align & implement agreed solutions f.ex. infrastructure procurement within Eltel Group IT and vendors
Prepare and ensure network and infra life cycles
ITIL based incident, problem and change management
Understanding of IT security management and processes and support in investigating and resolving IT security incidents together with our Cyber Security center


Qualifications
To succeed in this position you will have to have at least 4 years of experience within the IT networks area. You will have to have experience as a project manager or experience with quality controlled delivery methodologies. 

Furthermore you will also have to have:
Great experience within global infrastructure services and ITIL processes
Extensive knowledge within IT networks area, global and local solutions
IT network training 
Experience from network troubleshooting
Good knowledge within IT security, like support in investigating and resolving IT security incidents 
Good knowledge of Windows server and Active Directory
Fluent in English and Swedish 

Good to have:
Bachelor or technical degree 
IT security training 
Experience in designing IT architecture

To be successful in this position you should have great analytical and problem-solving skills. You should have a strong customer service orientation as well as strong technical skills. You are also organized and target-oriented. 

We would like you to have experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative international environment, and have the ability to complete tasks and deliverables within expected timelines. You will also have to be able to work independently as a part of a larger team in an international organization.
