We are looking for a colleague to our new transportation unit within the Logistics department!

The transport unit is a small but essential part of our goods flow, within the Logistics department, and we are now looking for a new colleague.

Lindex has a complex and extensive transportation model that put high demands on the transportation unit. It requires a broad transportation knowledge since we use almost all modes of transport, from Asia and Europe into our DCs and out to our stores and e-commerce customers.

In order to succeed in this role you have a minimum of 2 years experience in similar work . You are open, positive and service oriented, you enjoy working with others to achieve goals and you strive to find simple, sustainable solutions. It is important that you can communicate clearly both internally and externally.

You understand and have great knowledge of logistics processes and see the big picture in order to "do the right things". You are business oriented and you dare to take decisions that are beneficial for the business. The fashion retailing also put special demands on the logistics that you need to be aware of. Driven and proactive are other characteristics that are important for the role.

Some examples of tasks:

Supervision and coordination of the goods flow into our DCs and out to the stores and e-commerce customers Work as internal support to stores, purchasing, production and other departments Have a close cooperation with other units within the Logistics department. Participate in operational meetings and working groups, both internal and external Follow up on costs and other key figures Involved in transportation tenders Identify, analyse and implement developments related to the role
As candidates, we want you to have:

University degree or similar, with logistics focus Capability to cooperate in different networks, both externally and internally Good analytic skills and in addition you are you are solution- and service-oriented Ability to effectively work in MS Office different parts, especially Excel Fluency in English, you are confident in both speaking and writing
We expect you to feel great commitment and passion for the task. Right personality is of great importance to us.
