New magic in the making! We're looking for a Senior Game Designer!

Psst! We’re creating new magic, interested in joining us building a new world of adventures?

We are expanding our universe into a new product line and we’re looking for a Senior Game Designer to help us. As a Senior Game Designer, you will get to work with the game from the beginning, leading the prototyping and exploration that will serve as the foundation of a new property. This role must work in close collaboration with the Creative Director and Producer to shape the vision and bring this new product to life and delight new audiences. You will excel at building playable experiences in 3D with Unity and/or Unreal and actively participate in user testing to refine those prototypes. Our ideal candidate is a great communicator with a few years in the industry who works well in cross-functional teams.

What you will be doing:

- Make an awesome new game!
- Working alongside key stakeholders in establishing mechanics and systems for an innovative online game
- Driving prototyping, both paper and digital
- Collaborating in user testing
- Establishing and documenting tools and pipelines
- Mentoring designers in the team on how to create engaging content efficiently with the available tools.


We’re looking for a game designer who:

- Has 6+ years of experience as a game content designer. Bonus if the experience is on MMOs.
- Has experience working with a variety of tools, engine/editors, and scripting languages
- Confident in working with Unity/Unreal, both would be great!
- Possesses a deep understanding of multi-player gaming experiences, and the responsibility that comes with designing social systems
- Is inquisitive and possesses a proactive attitude
- Has a pioneer mindset
- Believes in our mission and values and empathy for our target audience
- Is analytical and understands the value that their work provides and the impact
