On this exciting journey, we are currently looking for a New Product Introduction Manager to join us at our Stockholm or Landskrona office and enable every day billions of people to move freely and experience a more open world.
You will be part of a team of 8 and you will report to the Head of Operations, Hospitality.
What you would do as our New Product Introduction Manager
Our strength is the efficiency with which we deliver leading-edge products and support to those we serve. With this brand-new position we are looking for enthusiastic professional to join our journey and drive the successful implementation of new products and solutions across all business units, globally!
As our NPI Manager, you will work independently with multiple stakeholders from the business and the wider ASSA ABLOY organization to assess the operational readiness of each business unit to deliver and support new products and solutions and to drive the creation of the needed global assets to support this.
You would also:
Work closely with the Product Management to define and agree the requirements for Operational Readiness assets for each new product and solution that will be offered to Hospitality customers
Cooperate closely with Sales and Operations teams globally to define and agree their requirements for Operational Readiness so that each region is ready to deliver the new product or solution
Define and agree what assets will be produced globally, regionally, per business unit or per customer, depending on how much customizations are required
Create and own the globally produced assets and ensure all assets are kept up to date according to the latest requirements from the business and product management
Produce the following assets globally:
Process methods and tools for new product deployments
Operational readiness process, plans, documentation
BETA testing (selected products)
Service Offering including Service Catalogue
Define goals and KPIs to ensure the highest standards are maintained for all assets
Drive and report on New Product Introduction projects in conjunction with Quality Management
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
Has a degree in Business Administration or related field
Has 5+ years of previous experience in a similar position and has had exposure to both the technical challenges as well as markets' needs and requirements
Is used to define and deliver global assets for Operational Readiness, together with defining and measuring via KPI's
Is used to adjust asset creation & delivery according to feedback as well as creating service offering assets for a global organization
Is a structured, organized person with excellent attention to detail and comfortable with data analysis
Enjoys cooperating cross-functionally and build trust within a global, diverse environment
Is used to manage multiple projects with a customer and goal oriented mindset
Fluency in English is required
