New Project Purchaser

We are seeking to recruit an New Project Purchaser. As we develop new and exciting products in our building automation unit, we have identified a need to strengthen our team in Sweden. The position is based in Malmö and, besides from colleagues in the local R&D team, you will also work closely with the production unit in Stockholm and the US. You will report to directly to a manager in the US.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to the following;
* Lead all Purchasing activities on select New Project Purchasing Projects
* Contribute to the achievement of Project targets and success of new offers
* Deploy sourcing strategies
* Lead supplier Co-development & Early supplier involvement
* Lead supplier sourcing activities
* Negotiate Contracts and purchasing terms and conditions


REQUIRED SKILLS:
Requirements
We are looking for a person that has relevant university degree of at least 3 years and at least 3 years of qualified work experience. You also need to have component purchasing and negotiation experience. We think you might work as senior buyer, contract manager or supplier today. As English is our corporate language we require the ability to clearly, concisely and effectively express oneself in English verbally and in writing, as well as Swedish. You have good knowledge with Microsoft Office Package. It is an advantage if you have high level of experience with procurement transactions in SAP.

In order to be successful, you need to be a people person with a high level of negotiating ability. Moreover, it is important that you are good at communicating and has a high work ethic.
