The position

The SME unit within Client and Sales Sweden is responsible for bringing new sales and results from Small and Medium sized Enterprises in Sweden. The responsibility includes increasing Lowell's market shares towards the SME segment, both on existing clients and through acquisition of new clients in the segment. This is done by you, creating lasting relationships with decision makers of target companies, through partnerships, fairs and other events and marketing activities. Lowell operates in a highly competitive environment with high demands on ethics and regulatory compliance.



A large part of your work involves contacting new prospect clients, building a pipe-line of potential transactions and to complete and project lead new deals within Lowell. You will initiate sales activities yourself to promote and strengthen Lowell's brand. You have an overall responsibility for your sales activities for Lowell to increase the footprint in the segment. The position is located in Stockholm.

* Analytical and creative when solving client needs
* Good communicator to present complex matters in an easy format towards clients and internal parties
* Cooperation skills cross site and cross function within Lowell to develop client relationships



Your background

We are looking for a candidate with relevant academic background and some 5-10 years of experience from the financial services sector or similar. The candidate should have proven track record of bringing in new sales. A sound understanding of the credit management process, the regulatory and compliance framework the industry operates under will also be of value for the position. You are fluent in English and Swedish and have well established presentation skills towards individuals as well as a larger audience.

You are driven and motivated by goal fulfillment and results. You are a strong and clear self-leader with great commitment and a positive attitude. You are keen to always deliver with high quality and to set deadlines. You enjoy working at a high pace in a dynamic environment.
