Recruiter to New Yorker sales department
 
About the role:
As a recruiter, you work closely with our managers and the business to ensure a professional and qualitative recruitment process for all Nordic countries. You run your processes independently and support our managers throughout the recruitment process from evaluating the requirements of the profile to advertising, search, contact with candidates, reference taking and job offer.
 
You are responsible for several parallel recruitment processes and you work strategically with issues within competence supply and ensure that we recruit the right skills at the right time. It is also important to be inventive and innovative to find new ways to reach the right target group.
 
Main areas of work
 

• Responsible for all recruitments in Nordic countries
• Conduct telephone interviews and job interviews
• Be active and target group-oriented in social networks and career networks
• Identify and headhunt suitable candidates
• Continuous development and expansion of networks and talent pool
• In connection with recruitment and projects, communicate and strengthen New Yorker's Employer branding
• External monitoring and marketing activities
• Support for the onboarding process
• The work includes travelling within Nordic countries
 
Your profile
 

• Education in recruitment, economics and / or trade and fashion
• Several years of work in retail and talent for sales
• Structured, organized and happy to think strategically and long-term
• Team-oriented
• Communicative, clear and responsive
• Flexible and enjoys working at a high pace
• High fashion awareness and preferably experience from the fashion industry
• Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Finnish and German is a merit, but not required
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly Excel and preferably experience of Cognos or other application to follow up turnover and key figures
