In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
- In collaboration with the team and other roles across organization identify and realize most valuable features that support agile way of working and enable business agility at scale

- Help users across Swedbank to follow our Development Process with a standard configurations in JIRA

- Follow-up on Swedbank Development Process adherence

- Provide reports that enable organization better understand our deliveries

- Teach and coach about use of Swedbank’s Jira set-up

- Contribute to our team development with your expertise, experience, and personality.



What is needed in this role:
- Experience in software development domain

- University degree in Information Technology or Engineering

- Several years hands-on experience in development within JIRA application

- Hands-on experience in working within JIRA-alike applications or other tools that support SAFe framework is an advantage

- Experience in groovy scripting would be an advantage

- Be knowledgeable of development frameworks and processes

- Good communication skills and ability to work in a small, distributed team

- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
