Job Description
As Strategic Lead NCG at & Other Stories you are responsible to set and drive strategy connected to NCG Development & Procurement of Non-Commercial Goods (NCG) for & Other Stories through cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders both within the brand at Group Growth and backbone.
You are part of & Other Stories’ Growth and Expansion function and you set brand quality requirements together with Group Expansion, communicating and maintaining a clear overview of timelines, forecasts and NCG development. You align on and steer supplier performance and the re-use strategy together with Creative and Architectural Lead, backbone as well as Group Expansion.
Responsibilities
Set & Other Stories’ product portfolio together with Creative Lead
Set Quality requirements and process improvements for & Other Stories Interior
Setting direction and re-use strategy for the brand’s M&E portfolio
Analyse cost follow up and quality for Interior program, identify and set long term strategy for value engineering and saving initiatives with sustainability in mind
Prepare and involve stakeholders within & Other Stories for new market entries and inform Group Expansion
Drive NCG development and set strategy with involved stakeholders at & Other Stories and Group Expansion
Main point of contact for NCG Brand Lead
Feedback and steering of supplier performance
Drive process improvements together with Group Expansion
Give input on NCG forecasts to Group Expansion
Inform NCG Brand Lead about special purchase requirements
Coordinate and prioritize & Other Stories NCG needs and set requirements towards NCG Brand Lead.

Additional Information
This is a permanent position starting as soon as possible, based at our Head Office in Stockholm, Sweden.
