Our clients include academic researchers and pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medtech companies. We have also a covid-19 laboratory offering analysis service to the public and private sectors. We are looking for an experienced and service minded scientist
Placement and responsibility
• Position is within TATAA’s Commercial Services Operations (CSO) reporting directly to the CSO Director
• Plan, execute and report NGS projects
• Support sales and marketing team in company’s NGS offerings
• Instruct in TATAA courses, with emphasize on molecular analyses and in particular NGS workflows
Work tasks
• Support sales team preparing customer offers
• Plan and execute customer projects, primarily based on NGS
• Setup and optimize NGS workflows
• Analyze and interpret NGS data, summarize and report results
• Develop methods, mainly related to NGS analyses, in compliance to Quality system ISO 17025
• Set up validated methods based on client instructions/requirements
• Report projects to client
• Prepare and present add on projects to existing clients
• Develop TATAA courses related to NGS analyses • Instruct in TATAA courses primarily in the NGS field


Who are you?
• You have biotech, biology, technology or medical degree from University
• You have a PhD or equivalent experience
• You are knowledgeable in nucleic acid analyses
• You have good knowledge and practical experience working with NGS
• You have good analytical competence
• You are quality oriented
• You have extensive experience of laboratory work and enjoy working in laboratory
• You have good writing and oral communication skills in English
• You are result oriented and used to work independently
• You are a team player and can see how your responsibility fits into the company’s overall business activities.
• You have interest in standardization, guidelines and quality control
• You enjoy teaching
