Night Receptionist to Servisec

ABOUT THE JOB



We are looking for a night receptionist for a job at a conference facility in Sigtuna. As a night receptionist you will be in charge of keeping the front desk under surveillance during the night. You will check in potential customers or assist current ones if needed. You will also make sure the meeting rooms and areas are clean and organized, and prepare for meetings in the morning. 

The tasks might vary from day to day but your main responsibilities will include:




Checking in guests





Preparing rooms (might include moving furniture around/ placing out fruits etc) 





Keeping everything clean and organized 




 


You will work during the night time, various days during the week. The hours will be from approximately 22:00/22:30-06:00/06:30 

This is a full-time job that will start immediately.  





Who are we looking for? 



We believe you are a driven person who is not afraid of taking your own initiatives. You are able to create your own work routine and take responsibility. If you have some previous experience within a similar role, that is a merit. 



Requirements: 




Driven and self-propelled 





A good level of either English or Swedish (speaking and writing)
